The charge for the initial visit is $300 and for follow up visits $200.  The initial visit lasts between two and three hours and includes the physician reviewing a mailed detailed questionnaire in advance.  Follow up visits usually last about two hours.

Abba's Place is a non-participating provider with Blue Cross.  Patients would have to submit a paid receipt to the insurer.  Some other insurances also will reimburse the patient if provided with an adequately documented statement.  The same applies to personal spending accounts.  There is, however, no guarantee of reimbursement.

Abba's Place does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid.
